The power of abundance

April 17, 2011
A friend of my sister's has been going through a rough time in the last few
years. Her husband is in the new car business and has been hit hard by the
recession. He had to move away from the family to find work. They had never
worried about money before, and she was very anxious living month to month
for the first time in her life. After hearing her fears, my sister decided
to share with her the story of the "The Secret," and told her to believe in
what will come and she can manifest anything she wants. My sister gave her
the book as a gift to help her friend. When I heard the story, I offered
a Kotodama glass with the word "abundance" etched within the goblet. I
knew she needed to feel the vibrations of that particular word and hoped
for a change within my sister's friend. A few weeks later, my sister ran
into her friend, who seemed much happier and less anxious. She told my
sister that she had been reading the book and was drinking daily from the
glass. She loved the message and felt good every morning that she read it.
That was wonderful to hear, but then my sister ran into her friend's
husband and he was happy to share his perspective. He hugged my sister
and thanked her for helping his wife. He had been so worried about her as
he watched her sink deeper into despair and anxiety about their financial
situation. But since she began reading the book and drinking from her glass,
he has seen a transformation. She is happier, and hopeful that the future
will be brighter. Her attitude has completely changed, he said. He was
grateful for my sister's intervention and concern and believes that his
wife has been saved. I was so happy to hear this story, because it is
another anecdote of the power of words and the capacity of daily
affirmations.
I wish for each of you abundance today.
